讯飞插件的startSpeaking 方法添加回调

1.修改：/Native/plugins/com.justep.cordova.plugin.iFlytek/www/Speech.js

startSpeaking()增加注册回调函数如done() 就可以了. 在wex5里注册自己的函数即可
